Class description: Fantastic for using self-striping yarns. Learn
to knit a sock using only short rows. This gives you a crazy design.
Learn Japanese Short Rows.
Supplies needed:
· 400 yards self-striping sock yarn*
· size 1 needles (your favorite needles for making socks - can be one circular, two circular or double points).
Hint: These are much easier
done on one or two circulars.
· Self locking markers
* I will be happy to custom dye your self-striping sock yarn; contact me for details, or you may wish to take my self-striping sock yarn dye class and dye your own for this class
(see class schedule).
Homework:
C/O 60 sts, join in the round.
K1, P1 ribbing for 1-1/2" or desired length
